Are you present for your life?

I spent five years at Tesla with a perfect external life: two kids, two cars, house mortgage, a career.. . Inside? Running on cortisol and wine. Not present. Not living.

My brother's death broke something open in me. It forced the hardest question: if I were dying, would I have regrets?

The answer was yes.

That's when I started building a different way. I combine neuroscience, psychology, and the brutal honesty of someone who lived through burnout to help overwhelmed women — mothers, who carry the invisible load, with no village to help— reclaim their brains. And be actually present for life.

This is why I'm building Inner Pace AI.

Not another meditation app. Not a productivity app. It's a nervous system coach that removes the friction between "I'm panicking" and "I'm calm."
